Our house is hidden in a quiet street in Nendingen, close to the river Danube, and part of this house became the FITFLEXPILATES studio. Every detail was thought with care to bring you a moment of rest and at the same time give you the energy you need to take care of yourself. Every corner has a little bit of my personality and my energy to open the way to healing, prevention and health.
