Your first appointment must always be private.
In your first session, I'll show you how to achieve your goals. We will create a plan together to achieve the results you expect and we will set a time frame for it. Not just one day of improvement or one week. But a consistent and planned method.

    In this first lesson you already have a complete class and you will know the method. My work begins with a detailed anamnesis of the current complaints, the medical history and previous other treatments. Lifestyle and eating habits are also asked. 


My job is not just to get you moving, but to teach you how to move better throughout your life and in other physical activities.
